Just yesterday you were celebrating being engaged and now you're only six months away from marrying the love of your life. These next few months are often the most stressful parts of planning. Balances need to be paid, timelines need to be finalized and your vendors need final RSVPs. Let us help you navigate the final details, so you can spend more time celebrating and less time stressing. This will include all services included in our Day of Coordination package, as well as: • Assembly and mailing of invitations • Assistance in booking final appointments • Finalizing vendor details and distribution of payments • Assistance with any DIY projects • Assistance with finalizing ceremony/reception music • Initial drafting of wedding day timeline The Month of Your Wedding: • Meetings o One initial meeting after booking to discuss the details of your wedding and one the week of your wedding to confirm what we have discussed. These may be in-person or virtual. If you would like and my schedule permits, I can also attend your final walk-through with your venue. • Unlimited Communication via phone, email or text. • Vendor Coordination o You will receive a form to complete with the contact information of your vendors. I will then contact them via email to introduce myself as your coordinator and again the week of your wedding to confirm the final details. • Assistance in ceremony/reception layouts, as well as developing a detailed timeline of your wedding day. • Attendance of the Wedding Rehearsal The Day of Your Wedding: • Point of Contact for all vendors and any additional individuals you would like. • Oversee the setup of your ceremony and reception. • Maintaining of your timeline. • Organization of wedding processional • Distribution of tips to vendors • Handling of any surprises that come your way!
