After months of planning, your special day is finally here! No production can run smoothly without the director and producer. I am here to make sure your vision comes to life so that you can focus solely on being the star of the show. The Month of Your Wedding: • Meetings o One initial meeting after booking to discuss the details of your wedding and one the week of your wedding to confirm what we have discussed. These may be in-person or virtual. If you would like and my schedule permits, I can also attend your final walk-through with your venue. • Unlimited Communication via phone, email or text. • Vendor Coordination o You will receive a form to complete with the contact information of your vendors. I will then contact them via email to introduce myself as your coordinator and again the week of your wedding to confirm final details. • Assistance in ceremony/reception layouts, as well as developing a detailed timeline of your wedding day. • Attendance of the Wedding Rehearsal The Day of Your Wedding: • Point of Contact for all vendors and any additional individuals you would like. • Oversee the setup of your ceremony and reception. • Maintaining of your timeline. • Organization of wedding processional • Distribution of tips to vendors • Handling of any surprises that come your way!
